What are anti wrinkle injections? 

Anti wrinkle injections can help to slim the lower face and can also be used in conjunction with dermal fillers to create a more natural looking, non-surgical face lift. You may consider anti-wrinkle injections if you suffer from teeth clenching or grinding (bruxism), as the relaxing properties can help alleviate facial tension. They can also be used to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).   

Anti-wrinkle injections are a good option for dynamic wrinkles, especially those in the upper part of the face, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines and vertical lip lines.

It’s a straightforward treatment where a small amounts of purified protein is gently injected into the area you wish to target using a very fine needle. What is the anti wrinkle injection procedure? 

After applying a numbing cream, your local Chelsea clinician will administer a few tiny injections with small amounts of the purified protein under the skin. The number of injections you receive will depend on the areas that you wish to target, and will take around 15 minutes to complete.

Anti-wrinkle injections are non-surgical, so there’s no recovery period after treatment. The result is a natural-looking improvement to your skin. Effects can last up to four months but you can maintain your youthful looking skin with regular top ups – in fact regular use of anti-wrinkle injections mean that you require fewer top ups.
